Information that is posted on this board is confidential. Do not use personal names or other identifying details in describing
ESP Program students. This is a top priority. These students are in state custody and their confidentiality must be protected.
This message board's purpose is to share information, experience and opinions; it is not intended as formal legal advice. Persons seeking legal
advice are encouraged to consult private counsel.
Do not make derogatory comments, ridicule, use excessive sarcasm, or innuendo. Respectful disagreement is appropriate. Every subscriber must be respected. How you write - especially in public places like mailing lists, message boards, etc. - affects how other people regard you, your opinions, and your knowledge.
If there is an article you wish to share, please post a description and the link to the article. Board members who wish to read the
whole article will then be able to visit the site to read it. If there is no link, you may offer to send it off list to anyone who emails
you privately.
Advertising is expressly forbidden. No commercial use shall be made of this message board or their membership. Any complaints about violations of these rules should be sent to the message board administrator. Participation in the message board is a privilege and not a right. We reserve the right to unsubscribe and ban a member for any reason.
